"Reflections Of A Scene" is a collection of stories, anecdotes, observations, etc on local music. Anyone, whether you're music maker, music fan, or someone behind the scenes can submit material. The only real guideline is that it has to be entertaining. Your submission can be funny, strange, touching, dramatic, whatever (just nothing beyond an R rating - haha).
